We have implemented a new pre-payment system for appointments.
Upon booking, you will receive a text message with a payment link to complete the payment before your visit to the surgery or service delivery.
· A receipt will be automatically emailed to you once the payment is confirmed.
· This means no more waiting at the desk to pay after your appointment.
Our staff are following practice policy, if you have an issue with this policy, you can send an email to themedicalcentre@mphc and it will be brought to the attention of the owners.
