Patient Notice
Commencing 14th May 2018 all consultations for Doctors and Nurses will be by APPOINTMENT ONLY
There will be NO Emergency or Walk-in Clinic on weekdays.
Appointments can be arranged Monday to Friday
9.00am – 12.30pm and 2.00pm – 5.00pm
There is a doctor on duty on Saturday morning between
09.00am – 12.30pm for acute medical problems.
There will be same day appointments for acute/urgent medical problems that cannot wait for a routine appointment. Acute/urgent medical appointments will be for one patient, one medical problem only and may not be with your preferred doctor.
While every effort is made to run on time, occasional delays are unavoidable and we ask for your patience and understanding in these situations.
Standard consultation time is 15 minutes, if you feel you need more time please advise the receptionist when making an appointment. If more than one member of the family needs to be seen the appointment should be booked accordingly.
Please advise the surgery if you are unable to attend an appointment so that we can offer it to another patient.
